Burlington Town Election Results: Willard, Perna, Walendziewicz Win Contested Races
See who won seats on various town boards in the April 11 Town Election.

The Burlington Town Election votes are in and the winners have been announced.
Only 10 points separated the two candidates in the race for Town Moderator. Sally Willard won the seat with 973 votes over Phillip A. Gallagher’s 963 votes.
In the race for the 4-year term seat on the Planning Board, Carol A. Perna came out on top with 982 votes to Jeffrey N. Pearsons’ 843 votes.

There were two seats up for grabs in the Board of Health race. Winning the seats were current Board of Health member Elizabeth A. Walendziewicz with 12,06 votes and David B. McSweeney with 990 votes. Jaclynn K. Sulfaro received 755 votes in her bid for one of the two seats.

- Louise Crocker, 1,397 votes
School Committee (3 year term,1 seat)
- Martha A. Simon, 1,318 votes
Library Trustees (3 year term, 2 seats)
- Paula F. Benard, Jr. (Candidate for reelection), 1,268 votes
- Geraldine A. Degurski, 1,191 votes
Planning Board (5 year term, 2 seats)
- Ernest E. Covino, Jr. (Candidate for reelection), 1,243 votes
- William Gaffney, 1,239 votes
Planning Board (3 year,1 seat)
- Paul R. Raymond (Candidate for reelection), 1,303 votes
Recreation Commission (3 year,1 seat)
- Michael S. Winn (Candidate for reelection), 1,364 votes
