Friday, Jan. 9
12:57 a.m. - Caller reports male party is throwing up in parking lot outside Uno Chicago Bar & Grill. 75 Middlesex Turnpike. Police checked the area but were unable to locate.
3:37 p.m. - Report of shed on fire, 14 Stoneybrook Road. Fire Department notified, handled.

10:35 a.m. - Caller from 27 Newbridge Ave. reports two boat trailer’s tires were slashed and three screens slashed inside the residence. Homeowner believes malicious damage occurred in early morning hours.
8:16 p.m. - Caller from the Sonesta, 11 Old Concord Road reports someone is knocking on her hotel room door asking for someone with the name “stephanie,” a name unknown to the caller. Same believes she may be in danger. K9 dispatched to front of hotel. Officers spoke to hotel staff about coming and goings. Same advised of and described of male party who did not appear to be trouble in any way, but appeared confused about location. Checked with Hilton Garden across the street who reported male party entered hotel around the same time and found the guest he was looking for and long time friend “stephanie.” Initial caller advised of same.

10:21 p.m. - Caller states a truck has been parked running for about an hour in the area of Pinevale Avenue and 80 Church Lane. John Russo, 28 of Billerica charged with OUI liquor, third offense, firearm violation with one prior violent/drug crime, and carrying a firearm without a license.
11 p.m. - Caller from Muller Road states she hired a company to ship her vehicle from Burlington to Orlando. The vehicle was picked up on Sunday and was expected to be in Orlando by Tuesday. The vehicle never showed up and the company cannot get a hold of the driver. Owner reports driver has contacted her daughter in Orlando, Florida to request she meet him to drop off the car at a different location than originally agreed upon. Police advised owner to have daughter call Orlando Police to assist in drop.
