Burlington-based Erland Construction has begun work on the new ARCHER Hotel in Burlington, which will be located in the Third Avenue development in Northwest Park. Erland announced Tuesday that the new hotel will feature 147 guestrooms and will have parking to accommodate over 130 cars. The announcement indicated that the hotel will feature a fitness studio as well as a bar and bistro. Construction is expected to be completed in the late winter of 2017.It is not yet clear when the hotel will be opening. Burlington-based Erland Construction has begun work on the new ARCHER Hotel in Burlington, which will be located in the Third Avenue development in Northwest Park. Erland announced Tuesday that the new hotel will feature 147 guestrooms and will have parking to accommodate over 130 cars. The announcement indicated that the hotel will feature a fitness studio as well as a bar and bistro. Construction is expected to be completed in the late winter of 2017.
