DA Seeks Public’s Help with Investigation into Fatal Motor Vehicle Crash with Pedestrian

Pedestrian was struck and killed Saturday night in Burlington.

The Middlesex District Attorney’s Office and Massachusetts State Police are seeking the public’s help to determine the circumstances of a fatal automobile crash that resulted in the death of a pedestrian on Rte. 128/95 in Burlington Saturday night.

Cliserio Cordova Ferral, 51, of Louisiana, was found deceased on the northbound side of Rte. 128, in the roadway near the off-ramp at exit 34, Winn St., in Burlington. It is believed a dark colored truck, pulling a trailer, was in the area at the time of the crash.

The accident happened at approximately 9 p.m. Saturday.

Officials are looking to speak with the driver of this vehicle as a possible witness in connection with this matter.
