Mind Body Sole Fitness and Wellness Expo

Mind Body Sole, a fitness footwear store located in the Burlington mall, will be hosting a fitness and wellness expo on Saturday, July 9th, from 10:00am-6:00pm. The expo will be located on the lower level of the mall in the center court, near the Guest Services booth. We will be having several exercise demos, including yoga, Pilates, Zumba, how to workout without a gym membership, and proper stretching techniques. Tech representatives from various shoe companies will be present to answer questions about their shoes and even raffle off a few pairs! A local company will be providing free massages throughout the day. This is just a sampling of the day's events, so be sure to stop by and see what else is going on!
