This free event is for ages 16-19 and will have a guest speaker who specializes in training teens for job interviews and in writing resumes. The focus on this event will be to prepare teens for how to present themselves in an interview and what to expect. Topics will include questions commonly asked in an interview, qualities employers are looking for, as well as simple techniques for making a good impression. We will also offer points on writing a strong resume, cover letter, and thank you letter. This is a great opportunity for teens to learn important skills for improving their chances of success in a job or college interview... as well as any situation where a polished presentation is necessary. This event is open to the general public with advance registration. There will be snacks provided and door prizes.
