Man Recorded Teen Girl In Burlington Mall Dressing Room: DA

Lucner Michel, 31, tried to take a photo or video of the girl on his cell phone in Forever 21, prosecutors said.

BURLINGTON, MA — A Framingham man accused of photographing a minor in a popular clothing store at The Burlington Mall was arraigned Friday on a charge of photographing intimate parts of a child. Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan and Burlington Police Chief Michael Kent sent Monday evening that Lucner Michel, 31, was arrested Thursday after two 16-year-old girls told police he tried to take a photo or video of one of them while in a fitting room at Forever 21.

Police identified and located Lucner through mall surveillance and witness statements, authorities said.

The next scheduled court date is April 3.
