Fundraiser Set For Burlington Public Library

From The FRIENDS of the Burlington Public Library:The FRIENDS of the Burlington Public Library’s Annual Fundraiser at Flatbread Company on Burlington Street in Bedford will be held on Tuesday evening, August 14 th , from 5:00PM till closing. The Flatbread Company will donate $3.50 for each large pizza and $1.75 for each small pizza ordered (both dine-in and take-out) to the FRIENDS of the Burlington Public Library. All proceeds from the event will be used by the Friends to support programs, services, and facilities of the Burlington Public Library.

In conjunction with the Flatbread fundraiser, the FRIENDS will be sponsoring a raffle. Among the prizes are a Kings Bowling and Pizza Party for Six Guests ($175 estimated value), a $150 gift certificate to The Blue Shutters Inn in Gloucester (owned and operated by Burlington residents Ed & Ann Marie Comer and Tony & Patty Sapienza), and a $50 gift certificate to Barnes & Noble. Raffle tickets will be sold at the library leading up to the event, and at Flatbread on the evening of the event. Winning tickets will be drawn at Flatbread that evening.
