Gas Drops Below $3/Gallon at Burlington Gas Stations
Burlington gas stations were selling gas for $2.99 or less on Wednesday.

It’s a sight that hasn’t been seen in nearly four years—$2.99 or less for a gallon of gas.
That and even lower prices is what’s currently at several gas stations in Burlington Wednesday. Nearby Wilmington has stations selling gas for less than $2.99 a gallon.
Thanks in part to increased drilling production, gas prices in the U.S. on Monday averaged $3.05—the lowest figure in nearly four years, according to federal statistics. In Massachusetts, the average price was $3.13 on Tuesday.
