Grand View Farm Available for Functions

Grand View Farm is available for meetings and special occasions. The Hall, which seats 100, is a modernized replica of the 19th Century barn. Marion Tavern has multiple rooms on the first floor to accommodate 75, while the Conference Center on the second floor can host meetings of up to 40.

Is Grand View Farm handicap accessible?

• All areas of Grand View Farm are handicap accessible with the exception of the Mezzanine in the Hall. A lift is located in the Tavern to access the second floor Conference Center. Handicap accessible restrooms are available on both floors.

Does Grand View have Wi-Fi? Which amenities are available for Conference use?

• The entire Facility has free, secure Wi-Fi for guests. The Conference Center is equipped with a television with laptop and projector hookups. At this time, projectors and cables are not provided. For your comfort and convenience, the Conference Center includes a water cooler and coffee machine for use during your event.

Does Grand View have heat and air conditioning?

• Yes, no matter the season, you and your guests will be comfortable in the climate-controlled Hall and Tavern.

Please note: Grand View Farm will be closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving, and Easter.
