Hundreds of Pumpkins to Be Delivered This Weekend for St. Mark's Episcopal Church's 2nd Annual Pumpkin Patch

In advance of the 2nd Annual Pumpkin Patch to benefit People Helping People, several hundred pumpkins, in all shapes and sizes, will descend on Burlington, Saturday, Sept. 29 at 9 a.m., at St. Mark’s Church, where volunteers will gather to unload, set up and decorate for one of Burlington’s most anticipated charitable events.

Now in its second year, The Pumpkin Patch will be open daily at St. Mark’s Church from Sept. 29 to Oct. 31, where volunteers will sell pumpkins to raise money for People Helping People, a non-profit support program established to assist residents of Burlington that have emergency need for food, medicine or utilities.

Pumpkins will be on sale Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information people can visit the church’s website or email burlingtonpumpkin@gmail.com.
