The following is a letter to Town Meeting members from the Gutierrez Company on the :
Dear Town Meeting Members,
Over the past few weeks, many of you have asked us questions related to the location and existing conditions of the Canyon property.

In case you haven't had a chance to visit the site on your own, we invite you to take a virtual tour. Please watch our short video of the Canyon property led by Scott Weiss from The Gutierrez Company.
As you will see, the development of this property is long overdue. The site, in its current state, is not pristine nor is it suitable for recreation or housing uses.

On Saturday, May 5, The Gutierrez Company will host in-person site tours from 8:30 - 10:30 a.m. If you would like to attend, please RSVP by replying to this email.
Also, we are having upcoming information sessions for Town Meeting members. All meetings will be held at 200 Wheeler Road in Burlington (South Tower - Rear Entrance):
- Precincts 1, 2 and 3: Tuesday, April 24 - 5 to 7 p.m.
- Precincts 4, 5 and 6: Thursday, April 26 - 5 to 7 p.m.
- Precinct 7 and new Town Meeting members: Monday, April 30 - 5 to 7 p.m.
- Canyon site walk: Saturday, May 5 - 8:30 to 10:30 a.m.
- Informational luncheon (all invited): Wednesday, May 9 - 12 to 1:30 p.m.
