Letter to the Editor: Joanne Frustaci for Town Meeting

Dear Friends,

 I am writing to you today to express my support for Joanne Frustaci in her run for a Town Meeting seat in Precinct 3. 

At every town meeting, a few members lead the rest by standing up and speaking on the warrant articles before us.  By questioning the department heads, these members illuminate the issues for all of us, thus raising the level of discourse and enabling all to make better, more considered decisions.  Joanne Frustaci is one of these members. She does her homework and comes to every meeting prepared. It is not always easy or popular to question the status quo but Joanne does so in order to help bring about positive change.  She does not test the political wind before voting but rather votes for what she thinks is best for Burlington.  For these reasons, I urge you to vote for Joanne Frustaci for Town Meeting Precinct 3.
