Letter to the Editor: L'Heureux Best Choice for Planning Board
A letter to the editor.

Dear Editor:
On March 28, I was driving home on the Middlesex Turnpike at 5:30 p.m. For 40 minutes, I sat in traffic trying to get past the Market Basket Plaza. I made it to the entrance of the Bed Bath and Beyond and my low gas warning light came on. There was a sea of cars in front of me and behind. I was stuck and sat there for what seemed an eternity. Two blocks to go until the next gas station.
It is times like that when I wonder who agreed to all of these stores and restaurants in one stretch of road? Was any thought given to the traffic situation? Had anyone thought of the impact on residents who just want to get home?
On Saturday, April 14, we have a chance to elect someone who will listen to and carry out our thoughts, who will consider any and all proposals from a fresh perspective carefully, and will listen to residents and be able to speak and act on our behalf.
I encourage the residents of Burlington to vote for Barbara L'Heureux for Planning Board. I have known Barbara for 12 years. She is a life-long Burlington resident, raising her family here and a person who truly wants to make decisions that are best for Burlington. She is fair, compassionate and most of all, loves Burlington the way we do.
Thank you for your consideration of Barbara L'Heureux for Planning Board on April 14th.
