If you live in Boston, you've probably eaten with us. We operate 7 food trucks and 5 restaurants. We operate in the "fast food" category, but we cut all our food from scratch daily (unheard of for our industry). We serve the highest volume of locally sourced food of any restaurant in the Boston area. You won't find a freezer or a can-opener here, and our menu changes every day. We're growing fast. We serve 5000 people a day, a number that keeps growing. We know our customers by name and work hard to bring them food they're going to love. All our food starts from a culinary perspective, and goes through an intensive food development process, with customers helping improve the menu daily.
ABOUT THE MANAGER-IN-TRAINING PROGRAM:

We are looking to connect to the next generation of Clover leaders. Until last year, all managers at Clover were grown from the ground floor up (that means all of our managers started as team members and worked their way into a management or a corporate role). This past year we established a new training program open to experienced restaurant managers. The program has been incredibly successful - our first two managers-in-training are now running two of our highest-performing locations (Clover Burlington and Clover Kendall).
MORE ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
This program takes you through an accelerated training of all things Clover under the guidance and support of our most experienced leaders, with the goal of having you run your own Clover location. You'll learn our recipes and attend food development meetings with our development chefs. You'll learn about the importance of customer interaction and Clover communications. You'll meet tons of cool people. You'll learn how we hire and build teams, and you'll understand the Clover model and why it's so successful. If you graduate from the program, you'll be eligible for promotion to General Manager of your own Clover location.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
-You must have been a manager in a similar business (high volume, quick service) for at least 3-5 years.
-You must have managed, hired and trained a team of 20 or more employees.
-You must be able to explain the financial performance of your store.
-You must have a passion for food and learning/teaching others about it.
