(bostonglobe.com) — A Brazilian woman's detention after a mental health crisis is again drawing scrutiny to conditions at ICE's Burlington holding facility, where detainees report sleeping on concrete and lacking medical care. A federal judge ordered her release and questioned why women recovering from miscarriages are held there at all, as advocates say the site is increasingly used for extended overnight stays.
