• Leadership Changes in Burlington's DPW Highway Division (bcattv.org) — Burlington's DPW Highway Division is undergoing a major leadership change as longtime superintendent Kevin Keene and lead foreman Tom Harrington retire after decades of service. The Select Board has promoted department veterans Patrick Duran to superintendent and Mike Murphy to lead foreman, highlighting their experience with daily operations, emergency response, and employee leadership.
   

• Burlington's Good Neighbors (bcattv.org) — A new "Good Neighbors" spotlight is launching to honor Burlington residents who quietly make life better for neighbors, schools, and local causes, with nominations now open through a simple online form. Burlington Buzz, BCAT, and the Town are teaming up to feature honorees, starting with the Marino family's decades of service in Burlington Public Schools and community activities.
   

• TiECON East 2026 Announces Keynote Speakers Jeff Elton and David Friend (indianewengland.com) — Burlington will host TiECON East 2026 at the Burlington Marriott on October 2, bringing founders, investors, and innovators together to explore building companies in the age of AI. Keynotes from healthcare AI leader Jeff Elton and serial entrepreneur David Friend will anchor a full day of sessions on product strategy, capital, and scaling in an AI-driven economy.
