People Helping People Pumpkin Patch Set to Kick Off This Week
Pumpkins will be on sale at St. Mark's Church.

More than 1,200 pumpkins arrived at St. Mark’s Church in Burlington on Saturday, in advance of the 2nd Annual Pumpkin Patch to benefit People Helping People.
Dozens of volunteers, including Selectman Michael Runyan, Town Administrator John Petrin and members of the Burlington High School football team were on hand to unload pumpkins that will be on sale throughout October.
“We couldn’t have asked for a better turnout,” said Derek Delano of the Pumpkin Patch Committee. “The community has really rallied around this event and around People Helping People. We hope to sell out of all these pumpkins.”
