Saturday, August 16
12:31 a.m. - Caller reports his vehicle was struck by a green motor vehicle that then fled the scene. The incident happened in Lexington. The area was check but police were unable to locate the suspect vehicle. Burlington Police advised Lexington Police.

12:52 a.m. - Reports of a fire in the laundry room near the loading dock at Lahey Hospital, 31 Mall Road. Burlington Fire Department responded.
10:58 a.m. - Caller reports a trash barrel on fire by the playground at Fox Hill Elementary School, 252 Fox Hill Road. Police found a small fire was set in a rain barrel. The Burlington Fire Department put out the fire and police will check surveillance video.

11:34 a.m. - Caller reports a student just received a text message from an unknown caller of a picture of her vehicle in the parking lot at Bay Path College, 123 Cambridge St. Police checked the area.
1:08 p.m. - Caller reports he believes his son’s iPhone was stolen at this Dunkin’ Donuts on Cambridge Street.
4:19 p.m. - Caller reports a dog has been locked in a vehicle with the windows up for more than 40 minutes in the Kohl’s parking lot and requesting police check on the dog. Police were unable to locate the car.
10:06 p.m. - Police received a call from the Mobil Gas Station, 173 Bedford St. where a customer was having a dispute with an employee over a product return. The issue was settled and the product was given back to the customer.
Sunday, August 17
12:11 a.m. - Caller from Joanne Road reporting a loud party in the area.
12:35 a.m. - Multiple callers report possible fight on the side of the road in the area of Lexington Street at Marrett Road, involving a number of males. Police responding reported no fight occurred. It was a group of friends fooling around after leaving a party.
2:07 a.m. - Caller asks police to assist after realizing he left the water on when filling his pool and is now out of state and doesn’t have anyone who can go by the house to shut the water off. Police assisted.
12 p.m. - Police received numerous calls about a motor vehicle accident where both operators were becoming aggressive with each other in the area of Birchcrest Street and Cambridge Street. Police arrested one individual for operating without a license.
1:16 p.m. - Caller reports her son’s dog is missing. Dog is described as a short, black haired mutt that goes by the name Bridget. She was last seen in the area of Sparhawk Drive.
1:19 p.m. - Caller from Newbridge Avenue reports a speeding motorcyclist operating recklessly and what she believes is attempting to strike her son. Mutual aid was requested from Woburn Police. Both parties are now in a heated argument. Multiple residents of Newbridge Street gathered into a heated argument and are upset over a resident speeding up and down the street and threatening people. The suspect admitted fault and was issued a citation.
3:37 p.m. - Kohl’s Department store’s loss prevention reporting someone is fraudulently returning items. The customer is identified a sa white female with blonde hair pulled back into a ponytail, wearing a white shirt and jean capri pants. The customer was identified and was given a civil demand and trespass notice. The store would handle.
5:53 p.m. - Mother called to report her 8-year-old daughter is missing. Mother and daughter were reunited prior to police arriving.
6:27 p.m. - Caller reports her teenage son was followed by a suspicious male operator in a black Cadillac Escalade. The son reported a Spanish male operating the Escalade began to knock on his window while he was stopped at a red light on the Middlesex Turnpike. Police searched the area and were unable to locate the vehicle.
6:41 p.m. - Caller reports finding a woman’s pocketbook that fell off a moving motor vehicle in the area of Kohl’s Department Store, 150 Lexington St. Police officer made contact with the owner who will pick up pocketbook at the station.
9:01 p.m. - Caller reports hearing what he believes to be gunshot sounds in the area of Mountain View Way and Heritage Way. Police checked the area but were unable to locate.
9:05 p.m. - Caller reports fireworks in the area of Skilton Lane and Brookfield Road. Police responded finding the area to be quiet with no sign of fireworks.
Monday, August 18
4:55 a.m. - Caller reports a white pick up truck, operated by two males has been driving around the area of Ridgewood Lane. Caller was unable to obtain license plate number. Police confirmed they were state employees spraying for bugs. Police advised them to contact local police departments when working early in the morning.
4:20 p.m. - Caller reports he was locked out of his vehicle at Jo-Ann Fabrics, 43 Middlesex Ave. Officers assisted.
4:40 p.m. - Caller reports a tree fell and took down wires near 27 Fieldstone Drive. NSTAR notified and will handle.
6:32 p.m. - Employee from Brookstone at 75 Middlesex Turnpike reports $375 worth of cube speakers were stolen from the store.
