The following log entries were provided by the Burlington Police Department. Where mentioned, an arrest does not indicate a conviction.
2:45 a.m. - Report of a by-law violation, Domino’s Pizza, 53 Winn St. Report of the dumpster being emptied overnight
7:19 a.m. - Report of a coyote near the MBTA bus stop, Cambridge Street at South Bedford Street.

9:01 a.m. - Woman reports she found someone’s I.D on the ground. Police have the expired military I.D. and will mail to owner.
10:51 a.m. - Report of damage to locks on sign out front of Temple Shalom Emeth, 14 Lexington St. Police found the sign was tampered with, but no damage occurred. No suspicious activity reported.

11:38 a.m. - Caller reports two dogs in a car with the windows cracked barking at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center, 41 Mall Road. Police were unable to locate the vehicle.
1:31 p.m. - Woman reports losing her purse the day before with her license, social security card, credit cards and $450 in cash in the area of Barnes & Noble, 98 Middlesex Turnpike.
2:14 p.m - Manager from Jared, 8 Wayside Road, reports a death certificate was sent to the store to cover a bill, which the store believes is false. It’s unknown whether or not the certificate is authentic and the the caller doesn’t have it in their possession and police advised her on what she needs to do to make verification. There’s no evidence of a crime at this time.
2:21 p.m. - Caller reports a man is missing from the area of the water pumping station at 40 Beacon Street. Person was later located near the management office and reunited with family members.
3:58 p.m. - Reports of a disturbance over a handicap parking violation at the Burlington Library, 22 Sears St. Unit reports the vehicle was parked illegally.
4:11 p.m. - 911 caller claims he pushed his dirt bike (No Insurance, registration or vehicle identification number) to One Stop Entertainment, 31 Winn St., where he was meeting his friends to fix it. Caller fixed the dirt bike (changed the spark plugs) and left the keys with the bike after leaving with friends. At approximately 4:30 p.m. the caller realized it was missing. Caller was advised to contact police with the dirt bike’s vehicle identification number. There were no surveillance cameras were facing the area of where the dirt bike was parked; no suspects at this time.
4:48 p.m. - Report of rocks in the road in the area of 62 Skilton Lane.
4:56 p.m. - Motor vehicle crash in the area of 261 Middlesex Turnpike and 177 Bedford St. Minor damage, no injuries reported.
4:59 p.m. - Disabled motor vehicle Rte. 128 at Cambridge Street. Tow truck called.
5:02 p.m. - Motor vehicle stop, 112 Mall Road at 128 Middlesex Turnpike. Citation was issued for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Officer assisted operator with renewing license and registration.
5:16 p.m. - Disabled motor vehicle on Cambridge Street at Rte. 128 north. Vehicle was towed.
5:26 p.m. - Caller reports a dog is tied up to the outside of a blue Chevy at Marshalls, 34 Cambridge St. The door to the vehicle was left unlocked. Police located the owner and advised.
5:34 p.m. - Motor vehicle stop in the area of the Hess gas station, 110 Cambridge St. Citation was issued for operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Officer assisted operator with renewing registration.
6:17 p.m. - Motor vehicle stop in the area of Winchester System, Inc., 149 Middlesex Turnpike. Citation issued.
7;39 p.m. - Motor vehicle crash with injuries Wilmington Road at 99 Chester Ave. A bicyclist was struck by a motor vehicle. Medical was declined.
8:36 p.m. - Caller reports she is being harassed by a man she met on match.com who lives in Georgia.
9:53 p.m. - Caller reports loud banging in the area of 9 Long St. at Terry Avenue. Police found nothing to be out of the ordinary.
