Tuesday, Dec. 23
6:54 a.m. - 911 call for motor vehicle crash in the area of Macy’s, 75 Middlesex Turnpike. Caller reports a single car accident, unknown injuries. Caller reports car is smoking and they are unsure if anyone is in the car. Fire Department notified. Officials on scene said single car was hung up on the curb with no property damage. Vehicle has minor undercarriage damage, needs towing.
8:32 a.m. - Caller from Holly Street reports seeing a driver hit his dog. Same went to the construction site in the area of 8 Holly St. Vehicle described as a black pickup truck. A unit was dispatched to the area to check the well being of the animal, which was gone on arrival.

12:20 p.m. - Caller reports dirt bike in the area of Fox Hill Elementary School. Bike was gone on arrival.
12:30 p.m. - Caller reports operator of a motor vehicle got out of his car yelling and screaming and kicked the rear of her vehicle. There is no damage and suspect vehicle left area. Units unable to locate.

12:47 p.m. - Caller reports live wire down on street in area of Beacon Street and Georgia Drive. Fire Department, NSTAR, and bus company notified.
12:59 p.m. - Officer assisted a person locating their vehicle at the Burlington Mall.
1:38 p.m. - Person in station reports fraudulent activity on her credit card.
2:49 p.m. - Caller reports ATV, dirt bikes, scooters in the area of Fox Hill Elementary School. Gone on arrival.
2:54 p.m. - Caller reports heavy set man with a red rain coat soliciting on Eugene Road Checks out OK, was someone from Comcast in the area.
3:49 p.m. - Caller reports a male party is sleeping outside of Jimmy’s Family Restaurant on Cambridge Street. Person was transported to Lowell Transitional Center.
5:36 p.m. - Skilton Lane resident reporting her fence was damaged.
6:37 p.m. - Caller from Wegmans, Third Avenue, reporting a theft in progress, two female parties are attempting to shoplift $500 worth of groceries.
9:13 p.m. - Caller reports losing her wallet in the area of Shaw’s Supermarket, 180 Cambridge St. Wallet described as leopard print with driver’s license, Discover card, Citizens Bank card and $50 inside. Party was advised to notify their credit card company and bank and to monitor for any fraudulent activity.
9:15 p.m. - Officer reports vehicle parked near dumpster at Fox Hill Elementary School. Parties were sent on their way. Both individuals stated that they were just talking. Same advised of posted trespass signs and left the area without incident.
10:46 p.m. - Caller reports possible gunshots in the area of Mooney Road. Unit 43 was in the area at the time and reported seeing fireworks in the same location. Officer was unable to locate where the fireworks came from.
11:13 p.m.- Caller from Mooney Road requests officer check the area near her house after hearing fireworks. She was asked to call PD if she sees or hears anything suspicious.
