Safety Town Event For Kids Coming Up At Burlington Mall
Children will learn about pedestrian, bus, and traffic safety at the back-to-school event.

BURLINGTON, MA — Burlington police and the Burlington Mall are hosting an event to teach children about safety in the lead up to the start of the school year.

Burlington Mall is excited to announce the Safety Town event is coming back to Burlington in August. The Burlington Police Department and Burlington Mall are partnering to teach kindergarteners and first graders about pedestrian, bus, and traffic safety.

Safety Town has been educating kids through using child-sized buildings, roads, and traffic signals for more than 50 years. During the event, Burlington Police Officers show children the proper way to get on and off a school bus in a fun learning environment. To participate in the one-hour event, families will need to reserve a spot here Safety Town sign up. Please note, classes will be limited to the first 20 children registered.
WHAT: Burlington Mall is hosting the Safety Town event to educate kindergarteners and first graders about pedestrian, bus, and traffic safety. Safety Town will have two one-hour sessions each day with limited open spots.
