The following is a sampling of log entries provided by the Burlington Police Department. Where mentioned, an arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, Feb. 17

4:24 a.m. - Caller reports a motor vehicle crash in the area of Chili’s Bar & Grill, 108 Middlesex Turnpike. Vehicle was towed, operator to be summonsed for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

10:11 a.m. - Person in station reporting a plow was stolen from the area of 103 Westgate Drive.

4:06 p.m. - Caller reports receiving a phone call and the caller demanded money or he would kill his wife. Caller was advised of the scam that has been occurring. Same has checked on wife who is fine. Caller was given options with phone company.

4:07 p.m. - Caller reports a road rage incident with a male party in a car with a NH plate. There was an assault as a result of a road rage incident. Victim got a picture of the registration but unable to make out the characters. Photo was sent to detectives for imaging.

5:01 p.m. - Person in station reporting she lost her pocketbook on Feb. 16 in Lord & Taylor at the Burlington Mall. Pocketbook contained Social Security card, Green card and various documents. Also contained $300 in cash.

5:09 p.m. - Caller reports he is stuck in a snow bank and his keys are also locked in his vehicle in the area of Wilmington Road at 57 Chestnut Ave.

5:28 p.m. - Officer reports a large pot hole at intersection of 1 Wilmington Road and 324 Cambridge St. Mass Highway notified.

5:54 p.m.- Resident reports the road in the area of Oxbow Lane at 48 Mountain Road is is not passable by rescue services. A unit was dispatched to check the area where they found a large snow bank at the corner. DPW to be notified.

6:31 p.m. - Caller road is not passable for an emergency vehicle due to large amount of snow and narrow roads. Officer dispatched to the area confirms the same. DPW notified.

7:25 p.m. - Report of a simple assault, Williams-Sonoma, 75 Middlesex Turnpike. Party left the area in a yellow shirt and black and yellow at. Police arrested Christopher Rocheville, 19 of Arboretum Way in Burlington and charged him with assault and battery on a person over 60 and disturbing police.

7:33 p.m. - Report of suspicious male sitting in a vehicle at the intersection of Ivy Lane and Ellen Road. Police were dispatched to the area.

8:27 p.m. - Caller reports a truck and a car behind the buildings at 34 Cambridge St. where all the plow equipment is stored.
