Three Burlington Cases Announced in Middlesex County Grand Jury Indictments
Three cases with ties to Burlington were announced in the Middlesex County Grand Jury Indictments Monday.

BURLINGTON, MA — Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan has announced Grand Jury indictments handed down between May 19 and June 23. Three of the alleged offenses occurred in Burlington, none of which involved a Burlington resident. These charges are allegations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Here are the indictments:
- Kelly Redman, 49, of Londonderry, NH, was charged with larceny over $250 and false entry into corporate books. The Assistant District Attorney is Graham Van Epps.
- Noel Semprit, 19, of Lowell, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, armed assault with intent to murder, and armed robbery. The Assistant District Attorney is Craig Estes.
- A Lowell boy, 15, was charged as a youthful offender (4 counts) with armed assault with intent to murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury, assault and battery by discharging a firearm, armed robbery, and carrying a firearm without a license. The Assistant District Attorney is Craig Estes.
