Town Clerk and Selectmen Honor Retiring Registrar Member (Video)

A long-time member of the Board of Registrar was honored at Monday night's Board of Selectmen meeting.

Town Clerk Amy Warfield presented a plaque to Robert MacDonald in honor of his 21 years of service on the board. After the plaque was presented all in attendance stood for an ovation for MacDonald and the selectmen offered their congratulations.

The board also appointed Larry Way to the board as MacDonald's replacement. Way is a Republican, which was necessary to keep the balance between the two parties on the board.
