Two Men Accused of Armed Robbery at the Woburn Red Roof Inn Before Burlington Murder

Two men were also indicted on armed robbery and armed assault in a dwelling at the Woburn Red Roof Inn the night before the murder.

Two men were indicted on murder and robbery charges, according to Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan.

A Middlesex County Grand Jury indicted Epshod Jeune, 24, of Burlington and Derrell Fisher, 21, of Roxbury, on charges of murder, attempted robbery, and unlawful possession of a firearm in connection with the death of Sanisha Johnson, 34, of the Bronx, N.Y., at the Extended Stay America Hotel in Burlington on July 2, 2015.

Prosecutors claim the men tried to rob a 34-year-old NY woman before shooting her as part of a plan to hold up escorts at gunpoint.

Jeune and Fisher were also indicted on charges of armed robbery, armed assault in a dwelling, and home invasion at the Woburn Red Roof Inn on the evening of July 1 into the morning of July 2, 2015 prior to the Burlington murder.

An arraignment date has not yet been scheduled, according to the DA’s office.
