The following are a sampling of log entries provided by the Burlington Police Department. Where mentioned, an arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Friday, Dec. 26
8:18 a.m. - Resident called to report suspicious black m/v parked at end of Richardson Road occupied by one female and two males. Officer reports the MV belongs to cleaners on site.
9:05 a.m. 0 Report of a dead animal in the road in the area of 56 Pathwoods Ave. and Princeton Road.

9:34 a.m. - Resident of California sent a letter to the Burlington Police Department reporting the fraudulent use of her credit card at the Apple Store located in Burlington in the amount of $9,833 on Oct. 22, 2014.
10:24 a.m. - Caller reports a black and white Collie running around in the area of 44 Fox Hill Road and Upland Road. Police were unable to locate.

3:18 p.m. - Caller reports sometime Christmas Eve an egg was thrown at the shingles on the front facing roof shingles of a home on Toner Drive.
5:11 p.m. - Caller reports her motor vehicle had its side view mirror broken sometime over the last couple of days in the area of Arboretum Way. Police observed damage to the driver’s side mirror.
5:26 p.m. - MBTA dispatch reports possible altercation between passenger and bus driver in the area of Macy’s at the Burlington Mall. MBTA bus driver reported an unruly passenger on the bus in front of Macy’s. Driver requested police remove the party from the the bus. Party was removed and will find alternate transportation.
5:28 p.m. - Caller reports teens yelling at male in a black car in front of Burlington Wine & Spirits, 43 Middlesex Turnpike. Police checked the area, were unable to locate.
7:07 p.m. - Party came into station to turn in a found purse. Owner of purse was notified and will pick it up. Purse was returned to owner at 10:05 p.m.
8:01 p.m. - 911 call from Macy’s Burlington Mall reporting they have an uncooperative shoplifter. A 16-year-old juvenile from Lowell was arrested and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.
9:45 p.m. - Caller from Macy’s Burlington Mall reporting the theft of a jacket and car keys while shopping.
Saturday, Dec. 27
12:35 a.m. - Caller reports a group of kids were outside of a MV yelling and causing a disturbance in the area of Mill Street and Mulberry Lane. Same fled before officers arrived.
12:38 a.m. - Police noticed a group of youths in the area of Santander Bank, 182 Cambridge St. They were unrelated to disturbance on Mill Street. Group of youths unrelated to disturbance on Mill St.
9:37 a.m. - Caller from St. Mary Road reports his Christmas decorations have been kicked off and ripped out of sockets. Police say this is an ongoing prank, no serious damage Possibly an ex-girlfriend of homeowner’s oldest son. Incident logged.
12:28 p.m. - Caller from Freeport Drive reporting neighbor’s back door has been kicked in. Sometime between Dec. 12, 2014 and Dec. 27, 2014 someone gained access and some ladies jewelry was taken.
1:12 p.m. - Caller reports a suspicious blue canvas bag at the entrance to construction between Shaws and Dunkin Donuts, 290 Cambridge St. at Winn Street. Blue bag was an abandoned lunch cooler from the construction site.
3:11 p.m. - Caller reports her vehicle was hit rear left quarter by a black pickup truck in the area of 43 Middlesex Turnpike.
4:06 p.m.- Caller from Kohl’s Department Store, 150 Lexington St. Loss prevention reports a female party with approximately $300 to $400 worth of merchandise concealed on her person. Same is attempting to leave the store. Lauri Romano, 29 of Wilmington arrested and charged with larceny over $250.
11:46 p.m. - Caller reports falling asleep on the bus and getting kicked off the bus at Lacascia’s Bakery, 326 Cambridge St. Same has no money and needs to get back to Waltham. Male party transported back to the lobby of the police station to arrange for transportation. Male party’s brother came to station and picked him up.
