The name says it all: gymnastics is for Every—BODY. Come learn how EveryBODY Gymnastics makes gymnastics accessible and fun. Our programming is based on the teaching of beginner adult gymnastics pioneer Abbie Green, who still leads the program.
Maybe you’ve always wanted to try gymnastics. Maybe you did it years ago and have missed it ever since. Maybe you’re an experienced gymnast looking for a community that sees the joy, curiosity, and possibility in movement—not a “right” body type or a required level of experience.
EveryBODY Gymnastics is hosting a free adult Open House on Sunday, September 20, at MIT’s duPont Gymnasium in Cambridge. Adults 18+ are welcome, from first-time beginners to experienced gymnasts. No prior experience is required—just come ready to move, explore, and have fun.
Doors open at 2:00 PM; Open House activities run from 2:15–4:15 PM.
