Cambridge Grand Jury Indictments

District Attorney Marian Ryan announced on Tuesday indictments that were handed down between Dec. 13 and Jan. 27. Three cases with Cambridge ties were announced.

Robert McCarty, 40, of Boston, was charged was charged with breaking and entering a building in the nighttime to commit a felony and being a habitual criminal, and possession of burglarious tools. The Assistant District Attorney is Radu Brestyan.

Henry Park, 63, of Somerville, was charged with leaving the scene after causing death. The Assistant District Attorney is Radu Brestyan.

Luis Urbaez, 31, of Cambridge, was charged with possession of ammunition without a license and being an armed career criminal. The Assistant District Attorney is Kate Kleimola.

In Everett

Jason Farrell, 43, of Cambridge, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, armed robbery, and assault and battery. The Assistant District Attorney is Jessica Noble.
