Cambridge Grand Jury Indictments: 7 Cases Announced
Seven cases with ties to Cambridge were announced by the Middlesex district attorney Monday.

CAMBRIDGE, MA – Seven cases with ties to Cambridge are among the latest round of indictments in Middlesex County. District Attorney Marian Ryan on Monday announced indictments handed down between Nov. 21 and Jan. 16. All cases are alleged to have occurred in Cambridge or involve Cambridge residents.
Pabir Batra, 37, of Boston, was charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine, subsequent offense, and distribution of cocaine, subsequent offense. The Assistant District Attorney is Radu Brestyan.
Sonyi Chong, 45, of Cambridge, was charged with larceny over $250 (3 counts), attempted larceny over $250, false entry into corporate books (2 counts), and money laundering. The Assistant District Attorneys are Doug Cannon and Cyrus Chung.

Michael Coleman, 23, of Boston, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury (2 counts), assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery by discharging a firearm (3 counts), possession of a firearm without a license, possession of a loaded firearm, and possession of ammunition. The Assistant District Attorney is Radu Brestyan.
Arlis Evans, 48, of Boston, was charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance, subsequent offense, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, subsequent offense, distribution of cocaine, subsequent offense, and being a habitual offender (3 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Matthew Bailey.

Landers Ivey, 58, of Boston, was charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine, subsequent offense, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, subsequent offense, violating the drug laws near a school/park (2 counts), and being a habitual criminal. The Assistant District Attorney is Whitney Williams.
Charles Vincent, 33, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery on a household or family member. The Assistant District Attorney is Radu Brestyan.
Lamaree Wallace, 21, of Boston, was charged with possession of a firearm without a license, possession of a loaded firearm, possession of ammunition, and being an armed career criminal. The Assistant District Attorney is Radu Brestyan.
