Cambridge Teen Shot Multiple Times In Leg, Police Investigating

Cambridge Police are actively investigating a late-night gunshots incident that took place in the area of Pine and Washington streets.

CAMBRIDGE, MA — After a 19-year old Cambridge man was shot in the leg multiple times Tuesday night in the Port, police are asking for the public's help in figuring out just what happened.

Cambridge Police said he was transported to the hospital with what was described as non-life threatening injuries.

Prior to the shooting, someone told police there was an argument and a number of men ran away from the area of Pine and Washington streets in The Port around 10:58 p.m

Police said they're investigating and have deployed an increased presence in the area. They're asking anyone with information to call the Cambridge Police at 617-349-3300.
