Cambridge Problems: Water Main Break, 8-Car Crash
A couple of incidents in Cambridge, including a water main break diverting traffic near Memorial.
CAMBRIDGE, MA — A water main break near Memorial Drive was diverting traffic Wednesday night, shortly before an unrelated eight-vehicle crash in a parking lot on Alewife Brook Parkway was reported.
Cambridge Police said the break was in the area of Memorial and Vassar Street. Memorial was closed in both directions.
Cambridge Fire said the crash caused three minor injuries.
