Man Arrested for Exposing Himself, Attempting to Grope Woman, on the Red Line
A Boston man is facing charges of open and gross conduct.

BOSTON, MA — A Boston man is facing charges after allegedly exposing his genitals and attempting to grope women while on the T.
Two female passengers on the MBTA's Red Line reported that on March 27, around 8:45 p.m., a man sitting across from them intentionally exposed his genitals, and then as he exited at the Park Street station attempted to grope another female as she climbed the stairs.
After an investigation by MBTA Transit Police Detectives, Robert MCarty, 40, of Boston, was arrested at MBTA's Harvard Square station on two counts of open and gross lewdness.

McCarty was transported to TPD HQ for the arrest booking process and s arraigned in Boston Municipal Court-Central Division.
