Murder, Armed Robbery, Teen W Loaded Gun: Grand Jury Indictments

CAMBRIDGE, MA – The District Attorney announced six Cambridge related indictments handed down by Grand Jury between January 18 and March 6, 2018. It includes a minor charged with armed robbery, another teen in possession of a loaded gun and more. These charges are allegations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Here's who:

Osiris Chambers, 17, was charged with armed robbery and being a youthful offender. The Assistant District Attorney is Kristen Noto.
Robert Favreau, 18, of Arlington, was charged with possession of a firearm, possession of a large capacity firearm, possession of a large capacity magazine, possession of a loaded firearm, resisting arrest, assault and battery, and failure to stop for police. The Assistant District Attorney is Whitney Williams.
Maurice Jones, 51, of Cambridge, was charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine, subsequent offense, distribution of cocaine, subsequent offense, possession of a Class B substance, subsequent offense, and possession of a Class C substance, subsequent offense. The Assistant District Attorney is Yashmeen Desai.
Karl Maurice, 43, of Arlington, was charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine, subsequent offense, trafficking over 36 grams of cocaine, and being a habitual criminal. The Assistant District Attorney is Caitlin Gemmill.
Kevin Reddick, 17, of Cambridge, was charged with murder, armed assault with intent to murder, armed assault with intent to rob, possession of a firearm without a license, possession of ammunition, possession of a loaded firearm, and removal or mutilation of a serial or identification number of a firearm. Reddick was arrested in December with the Cambridge murder of 28-year-old Malachi Mims, The Assistant District Attorney is Nicole Allain.
Robert Staley, 53, of Boston, was charged with unarmed robbery and being a habitual criminal. The Assistant District Attorney is Ceara Mahoney.
