• Authorities have identified person found dead in Cambridge pond (boston.com) — A man found dead along the shoreline of Fresh Pond in Cambridge on Aug. 11 has been identified as a 41-year-old who was known to frequent the area, according to authorities. Cambridge fire crews recovered his body, and investigators say there were no signs of trauma and no foul play is suspected, though the man's name has not been released.
