Stolen Backhoe Damages Cars In Cambridge: Police

Police are searching for the suspect and vehicle.

CAMBRIDGE, MA – Police in Cambridge are searching for a stolen backhoe that damaged multiple parked cars overnight. Officers were called to the area of Richdale Avenue and Hubbard Avenue around 4:30 a.m. but did not find the backhoe or any suspects.

No injuries were reported, police said. Struck cars are in the process of being towed.
