Wanted: Driver Hit 77-Year-Old in Wheelchair
Cambridge Police are looking for the driver of a car that hit a wheelchair-bound woman and fled the scene Sunday morning.

CAMBRIDGE, MA - Police are looking for the driver of a car which hit a 77-year-old woman in a wheelchair.
The vehicle, "a 1996-1999 green (possibly blue) Ford Taurus," according to Cambridge Police, hit the woman Sunday morning at approximately 4:40 a.m. on the southbound lane of Columbia Street near Lincoln Street.
The woman remains in critical condition.

The driver fled northbound in the direction of Somerville via Webster Avenue and Prospect Street, police said. The vehicle is believed to have sustained front-end damage to the bumper, headlight, and possibly the hood.
