WATCH: Cambridge Police Ask for Help in Flag Burning Video
Police are hoping to identify a group of people who left the scene after burning the American flag Wednesday night.

CAMBRIDGE, MA - Cambridge Police are looking for information after a video surfaced of people burning an American flag.
Police and fire units responded to a situation at Highland Ave. Wednesday; Police for a disturbance and fire for reports of people burning a flag.
A police report says a witness told police she saw a group of people yelling in a rear parking lot. She began filming the group when she noticed four people standing near a 2011 white Nissan Altima with New York plates, and an American flag on the ground behind the vehicle.

The group took off in the car, and the fire department put out the fire when they arrived.
According to the police report, the video showed "a small, light-skinned female with her hair in a bun wearing a white T-shirt, dark colored sweatpants and Timberland boots; a small Asian female wearing a white sweater-vest with a patter, a dark colored T-shirt and dark colored shorts; a dark-skinned male in his twenties wearing a dark colored long sleeve jacket, a white undershirt, dark colored skinny jeans and shoes with pink laces; and another dark-skinned male in his twenties wearing a dark colored pants, a jean jacket and a pink T-shirt."
