Scott Herr Fund Raiser: 2009 Graduate of Canton High School

On Friday evening, parents, children and former classmates turned out for the 3rd Annual Scott Herr fund raiser at the Ponkapoag Skating Rink.

Canton High School coaches, high school hockey players, along with fathers turned out in droves to pay tribute to a well loved hockey player, student and all round good person Scott Herr.

Herr was a 2009 graduate of Canton High School who tragically died in a car accident while visiting his girlfriend in New York, who was driving her SUV which went off the road. Herr did not have his seat belt on and died upon arrival to the hospital.
