7:18 p.m. Police responded to a report of larceny/forgery/fraud on Walpole Street and issues summonses to Greggory Fiore, 44, of 946 Great Plain Ave., Neeham for larceny over $250 and malicious destruction of property over $250, and to Susan Leahy, 45, of 21 Algonquin Road, Canton for receiving stolen property over $250.
9:45 p.m. Police responded to a report of a disturbance on Lincoln Street and arrested Francis A. Leahy, 43, of 16 Williams St., Canton on charges of felony breaking and entering into a building at night and two counts of assault and battery.
10:45 p.m. Police responded to a burglar alarm on Colt Crossing Road. False alarm.
