About Hood Park
Our vision is to transform the Hood Park - a 20-acre corporate office park - into a dynamic mixed-use, transit-oriented development that will complement the surrounding neighborhood, where tenants, entrepreneurs, and residents can come together to enjoy public amenities such as parks, restaurants, retail and events.
Hood Park will be a vibrant neighborhood, including a new residential building slated to open in May 2019 and a mixed-use office / lab / retail and garage building opening in August 2019. With easy access from downtown Boston and the surrounding area, Hood Park is poised to become a destination -- home to inspired restaurants with live entertainment, a boutique hotel, outdoor cafes, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, new bike paths, and gathering spaces with programming throughout the year, in addition to being the headquarters of emerging technology companies.
