
Ultimate Bootcamp BLAST is an intense weekend morning 60-minute class designed for the intermediate/advanced bootcamper who can jog 1 mile comfortably. This action-packed class is never the same, but always a challenge. Attendance in a previous bootcamp class is not required, although recommended. Exercises include quick-paced agility exercises, heart-pumping cardio drills, fun partner relays, sports conditioning circuits, plyometrics, Tabata training, full-body resistance training, hill sprints, stair climbs, active group games and creative exercise challenges.
