Join Karen Fabian, Certified Yoga Teacher and owner, Bare Bones Yoga, for a fun discussion and demonstration on how you can use yoga to manage all sorts of aches and pains in the body, as well as to strengthen and improve flexibility. We'll review things like: back pain, indigestion, ankle and foot pain from sports, tight hips and neck and shoulder pain.
