
We know what it’s like after giving birth. Mama and Me is a class where all things mama and baby are welcome. You can breastfeed, bottle feed, change diapers, hold baby, clean spit up off your mat, or move through yoga poses while baby is content by your side. Come meet a network of new mom’s in your area while you bond with your new baby.
Come cultivate peace through yoga within the reality of motherhood. Nina Miller, Certified Yoga Instructor & Birth Doula will focus on exercises that gently build back core strength, relieve upper back & neck tension from holding baby, reduce fatigue and counteract that new mama stress. All levels are welcome; this will be a gentle yoga class.
