Today is Tuesday, Dec. 20. Here are five things you need to know:
1. Uniformly chilly. Let’s start with the upside: if the forecast holds, you shouldn’t find yourself suddenly too warm in the afternoon while wearing clothes that were appropriate for the morning’s temperatures. Downside? The temperature will be between 30 and 36 all day with light to moderate winds under clear skies.
2. Street sweeping in the Navy Yard? On Jan. 11, the Charlestown Neighborhood Council and the Friends of the Charlestown Navy Yard will host a joint meeting regarding the City of Boston’s proposal to institute a street sweeping program in the Charlestown Navy Yard commencing in the spring. The meeting will be held at the Constitution Inn, 5th floor, from 7-9 p.m.

3. An update. Last week, we published a story about who was leaving a pretty detailed (and publicly available) trail on Facebook. Well, it appears he’s still at it. Take a look at Kasey’s most recent comment.
4. Concerned about safety? The Neighborhood Council’s will meet tonight at the police station. We don’t have an agenda for the meeting handy, but we’re willing to bet that the recent unarmed robberies on women walking alone at night will come up.

5. What happened to your photos? When we introduced the photo of the day, we got a nice rush of submissions. Now, we’re all out of user submitted material, and we’re back to extra shots I took from events. If you’d like a shot you took featured on Charlestown Patch, email it to mattc@patch.com.
