Looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician in Charlestown for three commercial/residential sites. Individual needs to have excellent customer service skills, positive attitude, be able to get tasks completed in a timely manner, be organized and able to submit necessary reports. Maintenance skills such as general repair, carpentry, electrical & plumbing, advanced knowledge with sprinkler systems and heat pumps. Valid drivers license, available for emergency on calls.
