Police Log: Two Men Arrested for Being Where They Shouldn't
Police log entries for the week of March 18-25

On Thursday, March 22, about 9:20 a.m., officers responded to an O’Meara Court building for a report of a person sleeping on the stairs. Inside, according to a report, officers found David Matson, formerly of 129 Walford Way, sleeping on the third floor with a GPS, a pile of loose change and metal device that resembled a slim Jim. Matson told police that the items he was sleeping with were not his and invited the officers to take them. As a result of the incident, Matson was charged with possession of “burglarious tools” and stolen property.
On Tuesday, March 20, around 10:10 p.m., officers responded to a Pleasant Street residence for a report of a breaking and entering in progress. Upon arrival, officers found the caller, who identified Brendan Marusa of 76 Davidson Road in Framingham as the man who had tried to break into the building. Marusa told police that he had been trying to get inside because he was too drunk to drive. He told police that he did not live in the building, but his girlfriend did. Police found a woman in the building who said she had met with Marusa socially, but were not in a relationship. As a result of the incident, police arrested Marusa and charged him with attempted breaking and entering. Police also had his vehicle ticketed and towed.
