Police Logs: Victim Identifies Man as Gunpoint Robber

Another man charged with class A possession.

On Friday, Jan. 13, police told the victim of a December armed robbery in Charlestown that they may have caught his robber. The suspect had been arrested and charged with three separate offenses in Downtown Crossing earlier last week. Police asked the Charlestown victim to view a photo array, which included the suspect. The victim identified the man arrested last week.

On Friday, Jan. 13, police arrested Richard Wesley of 162 Medford Street in Charlestown on a warrant charging him with possession of a class A substance.

  • Police recovered a vehicle in Charlestown that had previously been reported stolen in Boston.
