Help with a 'Flying Animal,' Animal in a Window Well, Several Thefts

At 4:27 a.m., a caller requested assistance with a “flying animal.”

At 6:50 a.m., theft from a building on Wellman Avenue was reported.

At 6:51 a.m., a caller reported construction items had been stolen from Alyssa Way.

At 7:36 a.m., a stolen motorcycle was reported.

At 11:35 a.m., an animal was reported stuck in a window well on Kensington Drive.

At 12:42 p.m., two shoplifters were reported on Drum Hill Road.

At 2:48 p.m., two female shoplifters were reported.

At 5:38 p.m., past larceny from a motor vehicle was reported.

At 7:01 p.m., police received a report of a suspicious man running around the area of Parkhurst Drive with his shirt off.

At 7:21 p.m., a motor vehicle stop resulted in the arrest of William S. Marriott, 50, of Lowell. Marriott was charged with receiving stolen property, attaching plates to a motor vehicle, operating an unregistered vehicle, operating an uninsured vehicle and operating after a license suspension.

At 8:46 p.m., a residential break-in was reported.
