Concord Man Charged with Assaulting Emerson Hospital Staff

Mon., April 13
- 12:29 a.m. A woman on Wedgewood Common said someone banged on her door then ran away.
- 12:38 a.m. Emerson Hospital staff asked police to check on a drunk man who walked out of the hospital and said he was walking home to Maynard.
- 4:47 a.m. A dead beaver was reported on Route 2.
- 6:31 a.m. A resident of Sudbury Road complained of construction noise coming from Nashawtuc Country Club.
- 11:02 a.m. Following a traffic stop in Monument Square, Alessandra Dias, 40, of Medford, was charged with driving without a license and failure to stop/yield.
- 11:55 a.m. A party of Drum Hill Road reported possible tax fraud.
- 4:14 p.m. A man on Sudbury Road said someone stole blank checks from his office.
- 7:28 p.m. A vehicle struck a mailbox on Wood Street.
- 8:31 p.m. Concord Public Library staff called police after a woman refused to leave.
- 9:21 p.m. Larry Hancock, 32, of Concord, was charged with assault and disorderly conduct. Police said he assaulted a worker at Emerson Hospital while he was being treated there.
